How the consultation is handled

The process is direct, structured, and handled person-to-person from booking through follow-up.

01

Booking

The process begins with the selection of a session tier. The chosen tier determines the depth of consultation and the extent of any written follow-up that may be provided after the call.

02

Context and scheduling

After booking, the client may submit context in advance through the intake form or bring the material directly into the consultation. The session is then scheduled for Zoom or Google Meet at the earliest suitable time available to both parties.

03

Consultation

The consultation itself is conducted directly and in real time. Focused questions are used to establish the actual form of the situation, determine what is relevant, and identify the pattern that best explains what the client is experiencing.

04

Follow-up

Following the consultation, the client receives the result of the process in the form appropriate to the chosen tier. This may include a written follow-up that records the principal findings, the logic of the reading, and the tools or frameworks that should be carried forward.

What should be brought into the process

REx works best when the submitted material contains enough detail to establish a real pattern.

  • Relevant history and important points in the development of the situation
  • Specific behaviour that has repeated or drawn attention more than once
  • Communication material that shows how the other person responds, avoids, escalates, or withdraws
  • The question that matters most, especially if the situation requires a real decision
  • Timing details that affect interpretation, such as recent changes, breaks, or high-pressure moments

What the client receives

The output is designed to explain the experience with accuracy and help determine what should happen next.

A direct reading of the pattern

Core material

The central pattern is identified and explained in plain language. This includes what is repeating, what appears to be driving it, and how it is affecting the present situation.

Interpretation of cause and meaning

Context-based

The process does not stop at observation. It also explains why the experience may be taking the shape that it is taking, and which conditions appear to be reinforcing it.

Tools and frameworks for next steps

Practical use

The client leaves with a clearer sense of what should be addressed, how the situation should be read going forward, and what kind of response is most appropriate to the circumstances.

Written follow-up where included

Tier-based

Where the selected session includes a written report, that document records the main findings, explanations, and recommendations so that the work remains usable after the consultation has concluded.
