Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you use the site, request or book a session, attend a consultation, or receive written follow-up materials.
Effective date: April 9, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and the purchase or use of services offered by Rex Model, carrying on business as REx.
1. Supplier information
Supplier: Rex Model
Operating name: REx

2. What the service is
REx is a human-led consultation service. The service is designed to provide structured interpretive guidance about patterns, behavior, communication, decision-making, development, and next-step judgment.
Depending on the purchased tier, the service may include:
- a booking or scheduling process;
- an optional written intake or source-material review;
- a live one-on-one consultation on Zoom or Google Meet; and
- a written follow-up report, summary, or recommendations where the purchased tier includes one.
3. What the service is not
The service is not therapy, psychiatry, psychology, diagnosis, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, crisis care, or a guarantee of any personal, romantic, professional, or financial outcome.
4. Eligibility and responsible use
By purchasing or using the service, you represent that you are legally able to enter into the agreement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must be involved and any required consent must be provided.
5. Booking, scheduling, and availability
Service availability is subject to scheduling capacity and mutual availability. We aim to move quickly and often schedule within one to three business days, sometimes sooner, but exact timing is not guaranteed and depends on practical availability, time zone alignment, and the completeness of your submitted information.
A requested time is not confirmed until we send confirmation. If your tier includes a live consultation, the consultation will ordinarily take place by Zoom or Google Meet unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate contact information;
- providing source material that you are allowed to share;
- attending scheduled calls on time and from a suitable environment;
- reviewing any confirmation emails and session details we send; and
- using your own judgment when deciding whether and how to act on the service.
7. Fees, pricing, and payment
Prices are stated in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through Stripe or another payment method we expressly provide. You agree to pay the price shown for the selected tier together with any taxes that apply.
The service description, included deliverables, and timing that apply to your purchase are the ones shown at the time of booking or otherwise confirmed to you in writing.
8. Delivery and completion of performance
For consultation tiers, performance begins when we materially start work on your matter, including reviewing intake material, preparing for your case, scheduling and reserving consultation time, conducting the live session, or drafting a follow-up report.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a consultation service is considered delivered when any of the following occurs:
- the live consultation has been completed;
- the included written follow-up report has been sent, where that report is part of the purchased tier; or
- we attempted to perform at the scheduled time after giving reasonable notice, but you were unavailable, refused to proceed, or did not attend.
9. Rescheduling, lateness, and no-shows
If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Reasonable rescheduling requests made before the scheduled start time will usually be accommodated where practical.
If you are late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled end time. If you do not attend, are materially unavailable, or miss the session without reasonable notice, we may treat the session as missed and may, at our discretion, offer a reschedule, shorten the remaining session window, or treat the reserved time as used.
10. Refunds
Because the service is time-based, customized, and often begins before the live call itself, fees are generally non-refundable once we have materially started work on your matter, reserved consultation time, or delivered any part of the service.
If you contact us before material work begins and before a live consultation slot has been reserved, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or credit. If we fail to provide the service as described and do not cure the issue within a reasonable time, our typical remedy will be a reschedule, service credit, or refund of the affected service fee, depending on the circumstances.
Dissatisfaction, disagreement with the interpretation, or the fact that you hoped for a different answer does not by itself mean the service was not delivered.
11. Follow-up reports and written output
Some tiers include a written follow-up report and some do not. If your tier includes a report, it will usually be delivered after the live consultation within the timeframe stated on the site or otherwise confirmed in writing.
Written output is provided for your personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
12. No guarantees and personal responsibility
The service is interpretive and consultative. We do not promise any guaranteed result, definitive outcome, future event, relationship result, career result, or other specific change in your life or circumstances. Decisions you make based on the service remain your responsibility.
13. Third-party platforms
We may use third-party platforms such as Stripe, Zoom, Google Meet, email providers, calendar tools, hosting providers, and security providers to operate the service. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
14. Intellectual property and permitted use
Site content, branding, copy, and service materials are owned by or licensed to Rex Model unless otherwise stated. You may use delivered session materials for your personal use. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.
15. Acceptable use
You may not use the service or the site in a way that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, or intended to interfere with the operation of the service or the rights of others.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rex Model will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the site or the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a specific purchased service will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that service.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or to limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
17. Consumer rights preserved
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 where it applies.
18. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version. The Terms that apply to a purchased service are the version made available to you at the time you entered the agreement, unless a later change is required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply.
