Payment information
Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our own systems. We may receive limited payment metadata such as payment status, transaction identifiers, customer name, customer email, and the purchased service tier.
Technical and usage information
When you use the site, our hosting and service providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, pages visited, and similar basic log data needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

6. Live calls, notes, and recordings
Sessions are intended to be human-led live consultations. We may take internal notes to deliver the service. We do not record calls by default. If we ever intend to record a call, we will tell you beforehand and obtain any required consent before doing so.
